    Sudhir Agarwal

    Ever a believer in the power of technology and its disruptive yet beneficial capabilities, Sudhir Agarwal brings more than two decades of corporate leadership and management experience to his role as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Everise. With a proven record of helping enterprises achieve long-term growth and years of overseeing corporate mergers and acquisitions, migrations, business development, outsourcing, and vendor and client management, he has spearheaded multiple expansions for multiple companies in the customer experience (CX) industry.

    Today, Sudhir is at the helm of Everise leading and expanding the business operations, with a vision to become the world’s leading customer experience solutions and technology business. To realize his vision, Sudhir first partnered with Everstone Group to build Everise into a next-generation industry leader, then was instrumental in the acquisition of Everise by its latest partner, Brookfield Asset Management.

    Sudhir began his journey with Genpact in 1999, a global professional services firm where he held multiple leadership roles spanning across operations and transition management and spearheaded the company’s successful foray into Hungary and China. Following Genpact, Sudhir was a founding member of Aegis, one of the largest BPO companies in India. Growing the company from a mere five-employee operation, he scaled the operation from its humble beginnings into India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Argentine, the US and Asia. Succeeding Aegis, Sudhir founded Sunrise BPO with a vision to create a unique customer experience company that is digitally enabled.

    Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Sudhir earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and his Master of Business Administration in Strategy and International Business from Manchester Business School, UK.

    As an impactful orator and thought leader in the industry, Sudhir has been regularly invited to speak at various prestigious forums across the world, including the Wharton India Economic Forum at Philadelphia, the Aspect BPO CXO Xchange roundtable in Hong Kong, Silicon India Leadership Summit in New Delhi and CX Asia in Singapore.

    Sudhir has also won numerous prestigious awards including two consecutive year wins for Executive of the Year by Singapore Business Review’s Management Excellence Awards (2019, 2020), and Outstanding Leader in Asia from the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (ACES) and was named one of the 100 People Transforming Business in 2020 from Business Insider.

        Sachin Mehra

        Mr Sachin Mehra has nearly two decades of experience in the communications business. Inventum is his fourth venture after a successful exit from Spectranet Limited, India’s first metro optical broadband provider.

        Prior to Inventum, Mr Mehra held leadership positions at ICICI Venture (India’s largest venture capital firm), Punj Lloyd Limited, Digital Future & T-Net. Sachin serves on the advisory board of several publicly traded companies & is a well-known figure in technology circles.

            Sanjay Labroo

            Mr Sanjay Labroo is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director of Asahi India Glass Limited. He is a Doon school alumnus (1980) and a graduate in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of Business & Finance, Pennsylvania, USA.

            He is also a Director on the Boards of other companies which include AIS Glass Solutions Ltd., Asahi India Map Auto Glass Ltd., BILT, Crompton Greaves Ltd., Krishna Maruti Ltd., Mahindra First Choice Wheels Limited, SKH Metals Ltd. and Shield Autoglass Ltd.

            Mr. Labroo was a Director on the Central Board of Directors of the Reserve Bank of India (2007-11) and a member of the Board for Financial Supervision and Monetary Policy Committee. He was the President of ACMA and Chairman of All India Flat Glass Manufacturers’ Association (AIFGMA) for 2007-2008. He was the Chairman of the Architectural Glass Panel of All India Glass Manufacturers’ Federation (AIGMF) for 2012-2013. He continues to be an active Member of the Executive Committee of ACMA, and Architectural Glass Panel of AIGMF.

                Rana Talwar

                Mr Rana Talwar is the Founding Chairman and Managing Partner of Sabre Capital. He has over 35 years of management and operational experience in the banking and Financial Industry and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi.

                Mr Talwar was formerly Group Chief Executive of SCB Plc from 1997 to 2002 and was responsible for transitioning SCB to one of the leading emerging markets banks that it is today. Prior to that, Mr Talwar was an Executive Vice President and Policy Committee member at Citicorp and Citibank.

                Mr Talwar was instrumental in Standard Chartered Bank’s major acquisitions, including the Trade Finance business of UBS, Grindlays Bank in India, ANZ Middle East Assets and the Credit Card business from Chase Manhattan in Hong Kong.

                  Shivraj Palta, Chief Strategy Officer

                   

                  One of the founding team members of Sunrise BPO Pte. Ltd., Singapore, Shivraj Palta has over 14 years of experience in International Business Growth, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy, Training, Consulting, Client Management and Business Development.

                  As the Chief Strategy Officer of Sunrise BPO Pte. Ltd, he supports the company’s overall setup and growth strategies involving Company Setup, Investors Relations and Merger & Acquisitions. Currently driving disruption through innovation and M&A for the company.

                  He joined Sunrise from Aegis BPO where his key responsibilities were around strategic decisions, International Business Growth, go-to-market strategy, and Global Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to Aegis, he worked with Genpact and British Airways, and founded a Training and Consultancy firm in 2003 and successfully ran the organization till 2008, maintaining the standards at par with the industry.

                  An MBA from IMT Ghaziabad following a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University, he is an alumnus of the Doon School.
